Book a Free AV Assessment for Your Church or Venue
Not sure what's wrong with your sound, or where to start with an upgrade? That's exactly what our free AV assessment is for. UE Productions will walk your space with you, listening, looking and asking questions, so you come away with a clear picture of what's working and what could be better.
What happens during the assessment:
- We listen to your team. What frustrates you on Sunday morning? Feedback, dead spots, dropouts, a stream that sounds thin, lighting that washes out faces? Your volunteers know where the pain points are.
- We walk the room. We look at speaker placement and coverage, the booth, stage layout, cabling, lighting and the acoustics of the space.
- We check the system. We look at how your console, wireless, monitors, video and stream are set up and how they're being used.
- We talk next steps. You'll get plain-language notes on what we found, from quick fixes your team can do right away to bigger improvements you can plan and budget for over time.
Need more than an assessment? We also offer a paid tuning and follow-up visit, with sound measurements and system tuning, priced with you on site.
Who it's for:
Churches of every size across Northern Colorado, including Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, Berthoud, Windsor and Boulder. Schools and venues with a performance or meeting space are welcome too.
What it costs: Nothing. There's no obligation and no pressure. Some churches use our notes to fix things themselves, and that's a great outcome too.
To prepare, it helps to have someone there who runs the system on Sundays, and to have the system powered up so we can hear it in action. If you have a list of known issues, bring it.
