Sound, Lighting, LED Wall and Projector Rentals in Loveland and Northern Colorado

Some events need a full production crew. Others just need the right gear, set up well, for one day. UE Productions rents audio, video and lighting equipment to churches, schools, businesses and event planners across Northern Colorado, from our home base in Loveland out to Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, Berthoud and Windsor.

What you can rent

Speakers and sound systems. Whether you're running a backyard graduation party, an outdoor church service or a school concert in the gym, we'll help you pick speakers that cover the space without blasting the front row. We can include subwoofers when music needs some weight, and a mixer sized to what you're actually plugging in.

Microphones. Wired and wireless mics for speakers, singers, panels and presenters. If you're not sure whether you need handhelds, lapel mics or headsets, tell us what's happening on stage and we'll sort it out with you.

Lighting. Stage wash lighting, uplighting and color for concerts, banquets, worship nights and school productions. Good light makes people easier to see in the room and on camera, and it changes how a space feels.

LED video walls. An LED wall is bright enough to hold up in rooms with lots of daylight, and it scales to the size of your stage. It works well for conferences, concerts, outdoor events and anywhere a projector screen would get washed out.

Projectors and screens. For lyrics, slides, sponsor loops or a movie night, projectors are a simple way to put content in front of a crowd. We'll help you match brightness and screen size to your room.

Rentals for churches and schools

Churches often rent for the big moments: Easter and Christmas services, VBS, outdoor baptisms, youth camps and conferences. Schools rent for graduations, assemblies, plays, sports banquets and fundraisers. Renting lets you handle a one-off event without buying gear you'll store for eleven months. If you find yourself renting the same setup again and again, we're happy to talk about whether a permanent install makes more sense. We do both, so we'll give you a straight answer.

Drop-off or full support

Some groups want to pick up gear and run it themselves. Others would rather we deliver, set up, run the show and pack it all up afterward. Tell us what you're comfortable with and we'll plan around it. If your volunteers will be running the equipment, we'll walk them through it so they feel confident before doors open.

How to get a rental quote

Send us a few details and we'll put together a recommendation:

  • Your event date and setup time
  • The venue, and whether it's indoors or outdoors
  • Expected headcount
  • What's on the program: speech, live band, video, playback
  • Whether you need an operator

Every event is a little different, so we quote each rental individually rather than guessing.
